Why Franz V Solutions exists
Hi, I’m Franz.
I started Franz V Solutions because a lot of everyday problems don’t fit neatly into one category. Sometimes it’s a computer, Wi-Fi, printer or device that isn’t working right. Sometimes something needs to be assembled, installed, repaired or figured out around the home. And sometimes the problem falls somewhere in between.
My background includes professional IT experience, a BS in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, military service, and hundreds of completed service jobs. I bring that combination of technical knowledge, hands-on experience and practical problem solving to every job.
I like understanding what’s actually going wrong, explaining the options clearly, and working with the customer to find a practical solution rather than making the problem more complicated than it needs to be.

One person. Different kinds of problems.
On the technology side, that means computer and laptop help, Wi-Fi and internet troubleshooting, printers and device setup, and getting TVs and smart devices working. Around the house, it’s furniture assembly, installations and minor home repairs. And if your job is unusual and doesn’t fit neatly into either, you can describe it in your own words.
